Liquid Level Control

Leak Detector

Filter/Regulator/Lubricators

Get improved pump performance with Versa-Matic's Filter/Regular/Lubricators (FRLs). FRLs are used to filter particles and water out of the compressed air coming into the pump. They also control the amount of lubricant reaching the pump through the airline, eliminating over-lubrication and reducing wear. Filter/Regulator/Lubricators:
  • significantly reduce maintenance costs
  • optimize pump performance when lubrication is recommended
  • can be used to quickly and easily control the air pressure to the pump

Smart Start Anti Shock Valve

Reduce damage to diaphragms and other moving parts by eliminating shock load conditions with Versa-Matic's Anti-Shock Valves. Operated manually or remotely, Anti-Shock Valves enable the pump to start smoothly and gradually, minimizing the risk of vibration damage on the pipe system and pipe fastening. The risk for caviation during start-up is also significantly reduced. Anti-Shock Valves:

  • enable fast shut-off
